Each year, we collaborate closely with all business units to develop the annual marketing strategy. I have played a key role in establishing social media goals and KPIs for each year, while also managing and maintaining ownership of the social media calendar.
The challenge & problem PROCESS
While developing the marketing plan, it was essential to collaborate with business units to identify key events and dates, ensuring all necessary assets were prepared in advance. The primary challenge lay in coordinating with seven distinct units, balancing priorities to ensure each received appropriate focus and support from Marketing.
